📋 Description

• Will serve as the technical reference within the team for defining solutions, development standards and software architecture. • Implements complex features, optimizes performance and adopts new technologies. • Supports the evolution of infrastructure, security and DevOps processes, ensuring operational efficiency. • Contributes to team development through mentoring and code reviews, while ensuring compliance with information security standards, LGPD and application performance and scalability. • Provide technical support to the team, ensuring the implementation of best practices, code reviews and the evolution of software architecture. • Lead requirements analysis and the definition of technical solutions, ensuring efficient implementation of new features and system improvements. • Act as a technical reference for the team, assisting in the development of complex solutions and promoting the adoption of new technologies. • Actively participate in defining development standards, frontend componentization and backend scalability. • Identify and resolve critical performance, security and architectural issues, ensuring the robustness of applications. • Research and implement technological innovations that add value to the product and increase the development team’s efficiency. • Contribute to the evolution of infrastructure and DevOps strategy, optimizing CI/CD processes and deployment automation. • Support team formation and development by promoting mentoring, pair programming and knowledge sharing. • Participate in and monitor the migration from OCI to AWS. • Ensure compliance with information security standards and adherence to LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law), mitigating operational and regulatory risks.
