• Direct the operations of AMP’s Material Recycling Facilities (MRFs) to ensure optimal performance, safety and efficiency with full P&L responsibility. • Lead and oversee all operations and manufacturing functions, including health and safety, manufacturing engineering, production, installation, field service, and quality assurance. • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of direct, hourly-labor, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. • Establish and monitor strategic goals for operational efficiency, productivity, and quality. • Develop and implement best-practice operational systems, processes, and procedures to improve business performance and scalability. • Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to develop and execute company strategy, ensuring alignment with operational goals. • Foster strong relationships with department heads, external partners, vendors, and enterprise clients to support operational and strategic objectives. • Monitor and analyze key operational metrics to ensure timely, high-quality execution of projects and initiatives. • Ensure operational strategies meet business objectives and market demands for price, quality, and delivery.
• 15+ years of experience running multiple material recovery facility (MRF) operations. • Management experience across design, construction and project management of new material recovery facilities (MRFs) • Ability to lead, grow, develop and inspire a team setting clear goals and drive performance at all levels in the organization. • Develop and execute strategies that align with overall business objectives. • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, key stakeholders and internal teams. • A deep understanding of the industry, market dynamics and competitive landscape relevant to the company’s products and services
