📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for patients and attorneys regarding billing problems and questions • Handle incoming calls from patients, attorneys, insurance companies, and others • Resolve billing problems and answer questions • Listen effectively and communicate revenue cycle outcomes or processes to callers • Understand and apply payor and state rules, regulations, and client information • Adhere to company policies and procedures • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required • 1 year of related healthcare and/or call center experience preferred • Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted • Ability to learn quickly and meet department production and quality goals • Familiarity and proficiency with Customer Service department policies and procedures • Knowledge of medical insurance terminology • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks • Effective oral and written communication skills • Ability to understand payor and state rules and regulations and client information • Reliable, team-oriented, pleasant with excellent interpersonal skills
