📋 Description

• Responsible for producing, underwriting, managing and retaining profitable business • Underwrite, maintain and grow the Ambridge portfolio • Provide advanced technical expertise with new and existing clients • Manage the underwriting cycle for individual accounts • Liaise with MD on progress and performance of team members • Prepare studies, reports, and recommendations • Develop new business opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced technical expertise in underwriting • Manage the entire underwriting cycle • Lead and provide guidance to team members • Review evaluations of underwriting and risk information • Initiate pricing discussions on new and renewal accounts • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines • Develop recommendations for portfolio and pricing changes • Prepare and maintain management reports and financial performance analysis • Work with company leaders to create efficiencies • Identify and resolve routine department issues • Underwrite insurance submissions according to the business plan.
