📋 Description
• Manage multiple, concurrent workstreams across different legal functions (contracts, corporate governance, and daily operations) • Identify, suggest, and help implement process improvements and automations to optimize workflows • Assist with ad hoc legal team strategic initiatives and projects, helping to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines. • Collaborate with legal team and company stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects and compliance with deadlines.
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent proficiency with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) and database management or eagerness to learn. • You possess strong communication skills, navigating sensitive information with decorum, precision and investment in the work. • Strong project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Experience with Diligent (for Boards or Entities) and Ironclad for contract lifecycle management • Prior exposure or interest in FinTech, financial services, cryptocurrency • Interest in or experience with Notion is a plus • Combination of the following: conscientious, adaptable, collaborative, creative, curious, and humble.
