📋 Description

• set the strategic direction for how we engage with these ecosystems by defining the frameworks that guide which networks we support • drive cross-functional alignment at the senior level • shape a roadmap that positions Anchorage as the default institutional partner for the most important networks in crypto

🎯 Requirements

• You have 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years leading or managing other product managers. • You have meaningful experience in blockchain, DeFi, or protocol-adjacent companies, and you understand the nuances of ecosystem dynamics, not just the technology. • You have a track record of defining and executing multi-quarter product strategies that required navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and cross-functional dependencies. • You have a background in engineering or a demonstrated ability to go deep on technical architecture when the situation demands it. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to distill complex ecosystem trade-offs into crisp narratives for leadership, partners, and your team. • Your empathy and adaptability not only complement others' working styles but also embody our culture of curiosity, creativity, and shared understanding. • You are deeply invested in optimizing the end-user experience and leveraging it to create business value. • You self describe as some combination of the following: creative, humble, ambitious, detail oriented, hard working, trustworthy, eager to learn, methodical, action oriented, and tenacious.
