📋 Description

• Work on advanced AI systems and software engineering projects • Build or contribute to next-generation AI systems • Perform debugging, feature development, refactoring, performance optimisation, and software testing • Work with complex codebases • Contribute to advanced AI projects through full-time AI/ML or contract software engineering routes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in AI/ML engineering or software engineering • Experience with Python, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, LangChain/LangGraph, cloud AI platforms, APIs/SDKs, data pipelines/ETL, and CI/CD for the AI/ML Engineer route • Experienced software engineer for the contract route; prior AI experience is not essential • Strong experience in one or more of: Python, C++, Java, Golang, TypeScript, Rust • Strong software engineering or AI/ML experience • Good problem-solving ability • Experience working with complex technical systems • Strong written communication • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
