📋 Description

• Lead the Production Enablement function, translating production priorities into deliverable operational activity • Coordinate operational, maintenance and technical activity to protect production capability and system resilience • Align maintenance planning, asset health priorities and production requirements • Identify and resolve barriers, dependencies and resource constraints affecting delivery • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of technical experts, engineers and support professionals • Oversee major capital programmes, managing risk, cost, timescales and operational impacts • Establish governance, performance measures and escalation processes for resilient operations • Support delivery of the Production Transformation Programme and future operating model • Champion innovation and best practice to improve operational performance and production resilience • Provide the link between production strategy and operational delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent operational experience • Proven experience within water supply operations or a comparable operational environment • Strong understanding of production, storage and distribution systems • Experience leading and developing technical teams and subject matter experts • Demonstrable experience delivering operational improvements and major programmes • Strong stakeholder management, planning and influencing skills • Experience using operational data to drive decision-making and performance improvements • Project and programme management capability with a continuous improvement mindset • Ability to travel across Rutland, Bedford, Northampton, Peterborough, Huntingdon, Milton Keynes and Corby
