• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and submission • Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks • Build, nurture, and expand a pipeline of qualified candidates across diverse industries • Conduct in-depth discussions with candidates to understand their career goals, role suitability, and cultural fit • Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience • Collaborate with internal teams to align on hiring requirements and delivery timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in domestic recruitment (IT and/or Non-IT) • Strong sourcing expertise and a robust LinkedIn network • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities • Ability to manage multiple roles and work independently • Must indicate hours of availability per day when applying
