📋 Description

• Receive inbound calls and place outbound calls • Listen attentively and collect customer data • Provide basic information about services and support • Take accurate notes and detailed messages • Speak clearly on the phone while documenting information • Schedule customer appointments • Process orders and payments • Document and report all calls to the appropriate business • Provide professional, high-quality customer service as a virtual receptionist

🎯 Requirements

• Resident of AL, FL, GA, or TX • Ability to type 40+ words per minute with minimal errors • Ability to follow instructions • Ability to multitask while talking, typing, and following scripting verbatim • Strong customer service skills • Strong computer skills • Bilingual ability is a plus, but not required • PC with Windows 11 • Minimum 8 GB RAM • Minimum 100 GB available hard-drive space • PC less than three years old • High-speed internet with at least 50 Mbps download speed and low latency • No wireless, cellular, satellite, or Wi-Fi internet connections • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Professionalism and a clear speaking voice on the phone • Good time management • Upbeat, enthusiastic, and friendly personality • Detail-oriented
