• Tillman Networks is currently seeking a highly motivated, organized, and strategic individual to oversee all administrative activities related to our organization’s personnel. • As the Human Resources Manager, you will develop recruitment strategies and implement systems for managing staff benefits, payroll, and employee behavior. • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding of new employees, maintaining compliance with company policies and legal regulations, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. • Additionally, as the HR Manager you will play a key role in driving employee engagement and satisfaction through best HR practices. • Oversees the implementation of Human Resources programs through HR staff, identifying opportunities for improvement and resolving issues.
