📋 Description

• Tillman Networks is currently seeking a highly motivated, organized, and strategic individual to oversee all administrative activities related to our organization’s personnel. • As the Human Resources Manager, you will develop recruitment strategies and implement systems for managing staff benefits, payroll, and employee behavior. • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding of new employees, maintaining compliance with company policies and legal regulations, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. • Additionally, as the HR Manager you will play a key role in driving employee engagement and satisfaction through best HR practices. • Oversees the implementation of Human Resources programs through HR staff, identifying opportunities for improvement and resolving issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy. • Demonstrated performance in consulting with line managers in matters relating to employee development, performance management and general HR related area is required. • A solid, working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and federal legislation related to employment practices and general HR administration is required. • Experience working in a remote organization is a PLUS. • Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality.
