• Deliver regular live teaching sessions for adult learners • Teach topics such as frontend, backend, APIs, databases, software architecture, and AI-assisted development processes • Prepare and continuously develop lesson plans, exercises, and practical projects • Support participants with technical questions, learning progress, and project work • Optional: Support participant mentoring, feedback sessions, and professional guidance • Optional: Improve existing learning materials, assignments, and course content
🎯 Requirements
• Practical experience in modern software development • Experience in full-stack development, preferably with modern web or mobile app technologies • Proficiency with at least one modern frontend and backend stack • Understanding of APIs, databases, software architecture, and production-oriented development workflows • Experience with AI tools or AI-driven development processes (e.g., coding assistants, large language models, automation, or AI integration into applications) • Enjoy explaining complex technical concepts clearly and in a structured way • Excellent German language skills for teaching • Teaching qualification or relevant pedagogical training/certification
