📋 Description

• Take ownership of key components of the AI architecture • Design and develop scalable AI agent systems with multi-step reasoning, decision pipelines, and tool use • Be responsible for the reliability and quality of AI outputs, including evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails • Advance LLM systems through prompting, fine-tuning, tooling, memory, and orchestration • Develop observability and evaluation frameworks, including regression testing for AI • Work closely with the business and product teams to improve processes and revenue • Make long-term technical decisions regarding architecture, technology stack, and scalability • Further develop and scale an AI product for automating operational logistics processes

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally in an AI/LLM environment • Strong expertise in Python • Experience with Django or comparable frameworks • Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Claude • Experience designing AI systems, not just using them • Experience with evaluation methods and observability • Understanding of how to make AI systems reliable • Ability to assess trade-offs between speed and quality • High level of ownership and minimal need for guidance • Proven track record of implementing and delivering projects
