📋 Description

• Analyzing website and campaign performance to improve conversion rates. • Designing, running, and analyzing experiments to determine the most effective strategies. • Using analytics tools to track user behavior and identify optimization opportunities. • Collaborating with designers and developers to improve user experience and reduce drop-offs. • Providing actionable insights based on data to improve ROI. • Creating detailed reports on test results and optimization impacts. • Working with marketing, sales, and product teams to align goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel. • Experience with platforms like Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize. • Understanding design principles and user behavior patterns. • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for implementation via GTM and other software usage knowledge required. • Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including user testing and surveys. • Analytical mindset to identify bottlenecks in the conversion funnel. • Strong ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders. • Understanding how CRO integrates with broader marketing efforts. • Ability to manage multiple tests and optimization initiatives simultaneously. • Precision in tracking and analyzing performance metrics.
