• Provides technical support on engagement workstreams during client engagements • Communicates and coordinates internal and external restoration specific tasks • Attend client-facing collaboration rooms and monitor communications • Provide daily updates on status of client engagement • Document new troubleshooting processes and procedures for internal use • Assist in the development of client-specific processes and procedures • Provide technical support for client engagements in the U.S., EMEA, and APAC regions
