📋 Description

• Partner with bio and life science companies to solve complex challenges with data • Develop R and Shiny solutions supporting scientific and clinical decisions • Design, build, and evolve data-driven applications used by researchers and scientists • Work on projects spanning drug discovery to clinical trials • Collaborate with data scientists, bioinformaticians, engineers, scientists, and clinical researchers • Gather requirements and manage backlogs • Participate in the end-to-end development and delivery of applications • Complete a home assignment and participate in interviews with the People Team, Technical Interview panel, and Head of Technology

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in R for statistical programming, data manipulation, and visualization • Knowledge of CDISC standards, including SDTM, ADaM, and SEND • Experience in TLF programming • Understanding of validation principles within a GxP environment • Experience with Medical Data Review and Pharmacovigilance • Experience with version control systems such as Git • Familiarity with the drug development lifecycle and clinical trial workflows • Experience in requirements gathering and backlog management • Master’s degree in bioinformatics or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience • Valid passport when based outside Poland, or valid ID when based in Poland • Must be located in EMEA or LATAM • Experience with R/Shiny web applications or websites is appreciated • Experience with reproducible data processing pipelines such as Nextflow is appreciated • Understanding of molecular biology and bioinformatics fundamentals is appreciated • Experience with bioinformatics tools and databases such as Bioconductor, BLAST, NCBI, EMBL, PDB, and PubMed is appreciated • Experience creating and maintaining R packages is appreciated • Experience collaborating with scientists and clinical researchers is appreciated
