📋 Description

• Set and execute the technology strategy in alignment with company objectives • Lead high-performing teams across Engineering, IT, and Security • Drive innovation and ensure technology scalability, reliability, and security • Build and optimize agile development processes • Partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver an exceptional customer experience • Serve as key member of leadership team driving technology vision and execution to support growth and innovation goals

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a CTO in a global SaaS organization with annual revenues between $50M and $200M • Proven track record of scaling technology platforms in high-growth environments • Experience leading Engineering, IT, and Security teams • Strong balance of strategic thinking, technical depth, and operational rigor • Ability to define long-term technology strategy and execute tactically • Comfortable rolling up sleeves to solve problems and building clarity amidst change • Experience building and optimizing agile development processes • Ability to partner closely with cross-functional leaders to deliver exceptional customer experience • Willingness to be based in or relocate to the Tampa, FL area (preferred)
