📋 Description

• - Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other tools. • - Manage end-to-end integration lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and support. • - Partner with internal and external teams to ensure data integrity and security across systems. • - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. • - Maintain documentation and version control for all integration processes. • - Design and deliver advanced Workday reports (custom, matrix, composite, dashboards) to support HR and business needs. • - Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions. • - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. • - Drive adoption of self-service reporting tools and train users on best practices. • - Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday integrations and reporting capabilities. • - Provide strategic input on Workday roadmap, enhancements, and optimization opportunities. • - Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical and functional best practices. • - Stay current with Workday releases and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Technology, or related field. • - 5+ years of experience with Workday, including at least 3 years in a lead or managerial role. • - Deep expertise in Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/Inbound/Outbound). • - Strong experience with Workday reporting tools and data sources. • - Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. • - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
