📋 Description

• Support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Integrated Veteran Care (IVC) Veteran Family Member Programs (VFMP) • Provide analytical, operational, organizational, and process improvement support • Analyze current operational processes and identify improvement opportunities • Collaborate with Government leadership and project teams • Assist in monitoring operational performance following implementation activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Management Information Systems, Organizational Leadership, or a related field • Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting operational analysis, business analysis, organizational assessment, or process improvement initiatives • Experience conducting workflow analysis, gap analysis, or operational evaluations • Experience preparing reports, recommendations, and business documentation • Experience supporting modernization, transformation, or organizational improvement initiatives • Experience facilitating stakeholder coordination and information gathering activities.
