📋 Description

• Drive adoption, retention, and expansion in high-value strategic accounts through consultative engagement and executive alignment • Provide elevated technical support in resolving issues, bugs, and upgrades • Lead onboarding and adoption with tailored success plans • Build trusted advisor relationships with customers at executive and operational levels • Conduct QBRs/MBRs to track ROI and business outcomes • Identify expansion opportunities in collaboration with Sales • Address all customer concerns and questions • Track customers’ open cases and work with the support team to resolve them • Represent the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering • Measure gross/net retention, executive engagement and ROI achievement, influenced expansion pipeline, customer advocacy, and NPS

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of prior experience in customer-facing roles, including customer engagement and providing technical training to customers • Experience with ticketing systems such as JIRA and Zendesk • Experience with at least one programming language, such as C++, Java, or JavaScript • Knowledge of network fundamentals including DHCP, DNS, and HTTP • Hands-on Unix/Linux system administration experience with RedHat, CentOS, or CoreOS • Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes • Prior experience with NoSQL technologies and database systems • Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent technical communication skills in English • Strong root cause analysis and analytical skills • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment • Ability to remain calm in pressure situations and adapt quickly to change • Experience with graph technologies is considered a plus • Must reside in Europe (CEST) • Ability to travel throughout Europe • Ability to travel to Ireland for an in-person interview
