📋 Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting data center construction projects nationwide • Build and maintain relationships with GCs, subcontractors, and project managers • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hyperscale and colocation markets • Translate technical project requirements into tailored labor solutions • Collaborate with operations to ensure successful delivery of workforce services • Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and meet/exceed sales targets

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in sales within data center construction, staffing, or related industries • Strong technical understanding of data center infrastructure (electrical, mechanical, commissioning, etc.) • Demonstrated ability to sell into GCs, EPCs, and large-scale construction environments • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and manage a national territory
