📋 Description

• Build dApps end-to-end, including secure and gas-efficient smart contracts, backend infrastructure, and frontends • Contribute to core blockchain development across consensus, execution, and networking layers • Collaborate on design, UX, incentive mechanics, and product decisions • Use AI tools daily to accelerate development and broaden problem-solving approaches • Build and maintain indexing infrastructure, APIs, and real-time data pipelines • Experiment with new standards, chains, cross-chain deployments, and tokenomics techniques • Represent the team at hackathons and conferences • Share work with the Web3 ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• 1–4 years of blockchain/Web3 development experience • At least one meaningful on-chain deployment, professional, side project, or hackathon • Solid foundation in Solidity and TypeScript • Ability to deliver complete products, not just isolated code • Comfort working at the systems level • Rust and C++ experience is a strong advantage • Daily use of modern coding assistants such as Claude, Cursor, Copilot, or Windsurf • Proven product sense and focus on usability and user experience • Strong English communication skills for async collaboration • Familiarity with low-level systems programming, memory safety, and performance optimisation is essential • Previous experience at a blue-chip protocol or well-known project is highly valued • Hackathon experience or open source contributions are a strong plus • Technical knowledge of Rust, C++, CUDA, Python, Shell, Solidity, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, viem, wagmi, Privy, Dynamic, Across SDK, The Graph, Ponder, REST, GraphQL, cross-chain bridges, and RPCs • Bonus familiarity with Anchor, Move, MEV, or ZK proofs
