📋 Description

• Lead the design, engineering, and sustainment of enterprise digital solutions. • Provide technical leadership across design systems, AI-enabled product innovation, analytics, and DevSecOps implementation. • Establish enterprise standards, modernize legacy systems, and deliver secure, maintainable, user-centered capabilities. • Employ agile methodologies to support the full product lifecycle across enterprise platforms. • Participate in discovery, requirements refinement, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement. • Design and implement AI-enabled features within Government-approved environments. • Implement analytics frameworks to measure user adoption, application performance, system reliability, and mission outcomes. • Architect and maintain secure DevSecOps pipelines across all environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 8+ years of progressive software development experience. • 3+ years leading enterprise-level architecture or development initiatives. • Strong proficiency in: Modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.) • Backend development (Node.js, Java, .NET, Python, etc.) • RESTful APIs and microservices architectures • Cloud platforms (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or equivalent) • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps best practices. • Hands-on experience with analytics implementation and dashboard tools. • Experience working in secure, regulated, or DoD environments. • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
