📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical advisor during onboarding, working with security, DevOps, IT, and risk management teams to understand their workflows and risk posture. • Engage with customers to understand their security maturity and key use cases. Identify the specific needs of different personas and ensure a prioritized roadmap is created for quick wins and meeting the expectations of the key stakeholders to drive early adoption. • Analyze customer environments and recommend appropriate hierarchies, policies, and configurations to align with their security objectives. • Provide guidance on integrating the platform into their existing security stack (SIEMs, ticketing systems, asset management tools, cloud security tools), and DevSecOps workflows. • Conduct workshops and training sessions for different teams to drive adoption and best practices. • Gather feedback from customers to improve the onboarding process and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance platform capabilities. • Act as a liaison between product and customers to provide feedback for feature enhancements captured during onboarding • Conduct an annual security posture and adoption audit, evaluating platform usage, security improvements, and best practices alignment. Provide strategic recommendations to enhance adoption, automate workflows, and optimize risk management strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solution Engineer, Implementation Consultant, or Customer Success Engineer. • Strong understanding of security concepts, including vulnerability management, DevSecOps, and enterprise security frameworks. • Experience with security tools (SIEM, ticketing systems, cloud security, RBVM, ASPM, etc.) and integrating them into customer ecosystems. • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences. • Customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering measurable value and long-term success. • Proficiency in scripting or automation tools is a plus (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or CI/CD tooling).
