📋 Description

• Install, commission, repair, overhaul, and service products, ensuring work quality meets or exceeds agreed standards • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with DDC and PLC-based control systems within product range • Provide reports on work performed on-site, completing job paperwork accurately and on time • Stay up-to-date on the product range and promote alternative equipment or services • Identify opportunities for improvements in products, services or operational practices • Produce detailed internal reports on product failures and collaborate with the technical team • Actively engage in developing technical knowledge and skills through training opportunities • Adhere to safe working practices in line with Health and Safety legislation • Comply with all ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements • Proactively communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure standards and objectives are met • Foster a collaborative team environment, maintaining strong relationships across departments

🎯 Requirements

• Substantial work experience in mechanical and/or electrical engineering • GCSE qualifications (A-C) and/or A Levels or an Apprenticeship qualification/HNC • 18th Edition would be advantageous • A current and valid CSCS card or industry-recognized equivalent • Solid knowledge of fire and HVAC products • A valid clean driving license is essential • Ability to complete reports and paperwork accurately and legibly • Capacity to work independently and with minimal supervision in the field • High levels of self-motivation, with a commitment to delivering quality and efficiency • A proactive and flexible approach • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic PC applications • Solid understanding of engineering principles and technical processes, particularly within relevant industries such as manufacturing, construction, or mechanical services
