📋 Description

• Lead and execute sales strategies to surpass revenue goals, showcasing the unique Armstrong Design Envelope Value Proposition. • Build and nurture strong connections with representatives, consulting engineers, contractors, and end users. • Partner with representatives to boost product visibility and market presence. • Collaborate with consulting engineers to offer technical insights and recommendations tailored to client needs. • Guide contractors from the specification phase through to installation and startup, ensuring seamless project delivery. • Engage directly with end users to tailor solutions that address their specific challenges. • Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor activities to drive informed strategic decisions. • Support and execute key vertical segment initiatives within your region. • Focus on growing the service network and increasing service revenue. • Engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to maintain positive relationships and resolve conflicts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, and leadership. • PE, LEED/A/P certifications, or membership in trade organizations are advantageous. • Proficient in PC applications and ERP systems • Strong knowledge of HVAC chilled water systems and applications. • Passion for staying updated with industry innovations and technologies. • Creative thinker with a knack for breaking down complex issues and providing clear, actionable solutions. • Strong, team-oriented leader who thrives in both autonomous and collaborative settings, with a focus on achieving results. • Open and authentic communicator with the ability to engage effectively in all situations. • Willingness to travel domestically (40-50%) and possess a valid passport. • Alignment with our high-performance culture and values.
