📋 Description

• Own financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and reporting across multiple business lines and strategic initiatives • Partner with Accounting and leadership teams to deliver accurate monthly close analysis, board-ready reporting, and actionable business insights • Support M&A activity through due diligence, integration modeling, synergy tracking, and ROI analysis • Build KPI dashboards, sensitivity analysis, and operational reporting to improve visibility into revenue, margins, and operating profit • Use AI tools to think, build, and ship faster as a default practice • Report to the CFO

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A through any combination of strategic finance, corporate finance, corporate development, or investment banking • Passion for Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Google Sheets for collaboration • Comfort working with numbers and mental calculations • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear business recommendations for finance and non-finance stakeholders • Experience in fast-moving, high-accountability environments with shifting priorities and high executive visibility • Advanced proficiency working with large datasets, internal and third-party reporting systems, and business intelligence tools • Habitual use of AI tools to accelerate work
