• Set up, install, and commission equipment on site • Operate and maintain Lifting, Pulling and Deployment equipment and winch systems • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hydraulic and electrical equipment • Perform fault finding, strip-downs, rebuilds, testing, and reporting • Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and PLC systems • Maintain safety and compliance standards, including PPE, risk assessments, pre-start checks, and incident reporting • Complete and submit offshore reports, timesheets, fault logs, and supporting documentation • Work with clients on site and represent the business professionally • Identify equipment issues, suggest modifications, and contribute to future work scopes through detailed reporting
• Recognised apprenticeship or qualification, preferably in Hydraulic or Electrical discipline; Mechanical also considered • Offshore Survival Certification • Radio Communication Training Course and Active Heave Awareness • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, independently or as part of a team • GWO Training, Rigger Stage 1, Working at Height, and Seamans Card or Book advantageous • Supervisory experience beneficial • Willingness and ability to undertake international travel
