📋 Description

• Perform routine inspections of onshore wind turbines • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues • Carry out urgent repairs and replace components • Log all maintenance and repair work meticulously • Support special projects, including commissioning new turbines and replacing major components • Communicate with customers on-site and provide regular updates • Follow safety protocols and identify potential hazards • Verify turbine components are correctly installed and operating safely • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on improvements • Analyze data to identify performance gaps and optimization opportunities • Work with the control room to monitor turbines worldwide when required • Provide maintenance support across turbine brands, including routine maintenance, blade inspections, repairs, remote monitoring, and statutory inspections

🎯 Requirements

• Valid driver’s license • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is advantageous • Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems in wind turbines • Comfort working at heights and in all kinds of weather • Experience in maintenance and repair, especially in renewable energy, is advantageous • Proficiency with technical manuals, diagnostic tools, and equipment • Solid commitment to safety • Detail-oriented problem-solving ability • Team-player approach
