âą Lead the development of small issues and projects âą Actively participate in product work in the team: suggest ideas, communicate with stakeholders, emphasise with customers. Use technical insights and expertise to suggest product improvements. âą Provide feedback on code reviews within the team âą Contribute to the shared codebase âą Debug and solve issues that may occur in projects âą Participate in non-team activities, such as support rotations, hiring process, RFC discussions, etc. âą Suggest and participate in implementation of small and mid-size improvements to our platform âą Design and implement APIs with performance, scalability, and maintainability in mind
đŻ Requirements
âą Significant experience as a Backend Engineer working with Elixir, which includes building, shipping and maintaining a complicated software project âą Postgres (or similar) âą CI/CD (GitLab, Github, Jenkins or similar)
