📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable APIs and Rails-based systems • Lead development with Ruby on Rails ensuring high performance and maintainability • Design, build, and optimize APIs that power applications and integrations • Partner with the team to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Write clean, secure, and testable code aligned with best practices • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Proven expertise in Ruby on Rails (core framework) • Strong experience in API development (design + implementation) • Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL experience a plus) • Familiarity with secure coding practices and scalable architecture • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Availability to work full-time 9am–5pm EST, Monday–Friday
