📋 Description

• Manage the daily relationship of multiple important clients • Ensure delivery of service obligations and enhance customer experience • Strategic development of accounts, including retaining contracts and identifying growth opportunities • Support profitable growth of clients and delivery of annual operating plan • Maintain oversight of contracted service and identify issues affecting customer experience • Collaborate with executive teams to develop growth strategies • Partner with product and marketing teams to create customer strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in German to a native level with fluency in English • Degree in business, finance, marketing, general management, or equivalent experience • Experience winning new business, on-boarding new business, and managing the ongoing P&L of client programs • Experience as a key account manager, account executive or other relevant role • Experience in insurance, finance, technology or another relevant sector • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills and executive presence • Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, client management skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally • Experience sales or marketing and managing relationships with essential clients • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
