📋 Description

• Develop and implement asset health and maintenance performance frameworks. • Act as a trusted advisor, providing evidence-based recommendations on asset investment and lifecycle planning. • Establish KPIs and reporting systems to monitor asset condition and maintenance efficiency. • Drive adoption of smart technologies and predictive maintenance. • Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental standards. • Lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor consultants. • Identify opportunities for process enhancement.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or related MEICA discipline; CEng advantageous. • Extensive experience in MEICA (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation) systems • Strong experience of ISO 55001, risk frameworks and assurance/compliance in regulated environments. • Proficiency in CMMS/EAM systems and maintenance execution processes. • Advanced analytical skills and statistical methods for fault trend and reliability analysis. • Strong understanding of risk and criticality, failure modes, and condition/performance indicators. • Commercially astute.
