📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications • Build and support backend APIs and integrations • Develop solutions using event-driven architectures and modern software engineering practices • Analyse business needs and independently identify the best approach, stakeholders, and information sources required to deliver successful outcomes • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear business language • Own projects end-to-end, from design to delivery as responsibilities develop • Contribute to AI-focused customer projects, including fintech payment platforms and global insurance systems

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building software solutions in a commercial, academic, or project environment • Good experience with library-appropriate, strongly typed languages such as C++, Java, C#, Go or Rust • Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Svelte • Experience designing, developing, and consuming APIs across backend services and user-facing applications • Understanding of event-driven architectures and modern distributed systems • Familiarity with software development best practices, including testing, code quality, maintainability, and secure development principles • Ability to explain architectural decisions, technology choices, and how solutions were designed and implemented • Exposure to modern technology stacks across frontend, backend, cloud, AI, or related technologies • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience working in Agile environments • Curious and proactive approach to understanding requirements, researching solutions, and identifying stakeholders
