📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex programmes • Ensure strategic objectives and business benefits are achieved • Establish and maintain programme governance, reporting, risk management, and assurance activities • Manage programme financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, profitability, and commercial commitments • Build and maintain relationships with customers, executives, suppliers, and key stakeholders • Act as the primary escalation point • Lead, coach, and develop programme teams • Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement • Work with customers, delivery teams, PMO functions, suppliers, and executive stakeholders across the programme lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale programmes comprising multiple projects, dependencies, and stakeholders • Strong programme governance, risk management, and delivery assurance expertise • Demonstrated financial and commercial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract management • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at executive level • Experience leading geographically dispersed, multidisciplinary delivery teams • Programme management certification such as MSP®, PMP®, PgMP®, PRINCE2® or equivalent (desirable) • Experience delivering complex digital transformation or technology-enabled change programmes within regulated environments (desirable) • Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain SC clearance • UK-based • National mobility required
