📋 Description

• Manage complex projects involving development and implementation of business processes • Define, document, and successfully complete projects within agreed cost, timescale, and quality parameters • Select and adapt predictive, iterative, and agile project management approaches • Maintain project control, change control, risk management, and testing processes • Monitor and control project resources, revenue, costs, budget, and margin • Manage project stakeholder expectations • Lead medium-sized, multi-site, multidisciplinary project teams of up to 30 Atos staff • Plan and control projects with internal and external dependencies • Re-plan and baseline projects to maintain expected outcomes while managing scope and milestone changes • Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and changes • Track costs and take corrective actions to minimize budget variances • Manage project output handover and service acceptance • Confirm project requirements and scope with stakeholders • Maintain configuration control throughout the project lifecycle • Propose process improvements using project measures and information • Seek customer feedback and manage customer expectations • Facilitate discussions, compromise, decisions, and conflict resolution • Communicate complex information to varied audiences and manage stakeholder communities • Manage change control documentation, impact analysis, approvals, and project-plan updates • Liaise with the Account Manager to maintain client relationships and contractual standards • Resolve issues and disputes while balancing client relationships and Atos's commercial position

🎯 Requirements

• Successful experience in the role of Project Manager or proven prior project experience leading medium-sized projects • Previous AWS Migration experience • Must be fully mobile in terms of assignment location • Proven record of realistic estimation • Financial/cost awareness • Customer-facing and behavioural skills to take responsibility for medium-sized projects • Experience managing projects valued at £2M–£5M • External Project Management Certification ideally preferred • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain SC clearance
