📋 Description
• Build, manage and implement complex changes. • Present changes to the Change Advisory Board. • Contribute to change reviews in accordance with ITIL principles. • Communicate incident resolution information to team. • Take a lead in understanding of customers’ needs. • Work with platform and account teams to address their needs. • Proactive self-assignment of incident tickets. • Support changes led by other teams supporting the platform (Storage, Networks etc.).
