📋 Description

• Execute the partnerships strategy and assist with creation of a framework for new partnerships from pipeline to closure • Lead research and market analysis to identify new partnership opportunities • Collaborate with the Create the Offer product team to address partnership requirements • Provide cross-divisional guidance and communication to ensure alignment (Finance, Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal) • Negotiate partnership agreements and manage contract processes with ATPCO legal • Define and monitor measures of success for partnerships and execute improvement plans • Create, develop, and manage partnerships within assigned portfolio • Lead opportunity modelling through business case creation and financial modelling • Support and assist with M&A activities on an as-needed basis

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in the airline industry • Experience supporting strategic partnerships creation and management • Strong background identifying and analyzing partnership opportunities through financial modelling • Ability to create, develop, and manage strategic partnership opportunities with real impact to airline retailing • Experience negotiating partnership agreements and managing contract processes • Ability to define and monitor measures of success and execute improvement plans • Experience creating business cases and delivering financial models to internal stakeholders • Cross-divisional collaboration experience (Finance, Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, etc.) • Self-motivated and able to lead research and market analysis
