📋 Description
• Lead a multidisciplinary team that bridges analytical insight and engineering delivery • Oversee the full lifecycle of analytic and technical delivery from research and validation through integration and deployment • Manage and mentor a combined team of data scientists and solutions engineers, fostering technical excellence and professional growth • Set project priorities in collaboration with product, customer success, and platform engineering teams • Ensure that analyses, integrations, and workflows are robust, well-documented, and operationally maintainable • Drive the design and adoption of reusable frameworks for analytics, model evaluation, and client-facing data solutions
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, or related analytics fields • 2+ years managing technical teams • Strong technical grounding in Python, Spark SQL, and modern data architectures • Experience overseeing both exploratory analytics and production-oriented engineering workflows • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional, customer-facing, or hybrid research-delivery projects • Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills for coordinating priorities across diverse stakeholders
