• Lead and scale a team of 25 CSMs and managers • Manage, hire, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers • Partner with regional Sales, Renewals, and Professional Services leadership • Design and drive strategic improvements • Implement new processes and operations • Be a thought leader and establish executive relationships • Create a culture of accountability and execution • Work with the internal executive team to translate customer feedback into specific product requirements

• 7-10+ years prior leadership experience • Excelled in a CS/AM role (preferably at a marketing/software company or startup) • Strong entrepreneurial mindset • A natural leader and passionate coach • Ability to thrive in a high growth, fast paced environment • Extremely personable • Data driven decision maker • Extremely detail oriented and organized
