📋 Description
• Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities. • Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms to ensure prompt resolution. • Ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness standards and policies in all assigned areas. • Restock and maintain inventory of guest room supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels. • Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
🎯 Requirements
• One-year Housekeeping experience • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs. • Prior experience in a luxury hotel preferred • Ability to communicate in basic conversational English with team members and guests to support safe operations, coordination of work, and service standards. • Additional language skills are welcomed and valued.
