📋 Description

• Build and ship product features end-to-end • Troubleshoot, debug and resolve software bugs • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to write clear and well defined design documentation • Lead application architecture decisions • Work with JavaScript, Node.JS, Ember (or other relevant frameworks), Python, PostgreSQL • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers • Write well-designed, maintainable & testable code • Mentor fellow engineers • Participate in an Agile software development life cycle • Be product-minded and think about the customer

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience developing web-based applications • Experience with a modern front-end framework (Ember, Angular, React, Vue, etc.) • Experience writing REST / JSON APIs • Experience writing software tests • Ability to solve technical problems independently • Self-driven to improve skills, learn new technologies, and apply learning to elevate team performance • Expert-level understanding of data flow management across database models, API resources, UI schemas • Preferred: Experience with Node.JS and modern ES6 or TypeScript • Preferred: Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Ember.JS) • Preferred: Experience working on SaaS web applications • Preferred: Distributed Systems experience • Preferred: Event-based engineering experience • Preferred: BS in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
