📋 Description

• Ensure the stability, evolution, and efficiency of the Robôs team microservices • Perform maintenance and system integrations • Support adoption of generative AI solutions • Act as a technical reference for mid-level and junior developers • Maintain a high level of quality in deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field • Proficiency in Python for backend development and microservices • Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ or Kafka) • Experience with orchestration of asynchronous tasks (Celery, APScheduler, Faust, or Twisted) • Hands-on experience in production environments, including troubleshooting and technical issue resolution • Experience modernizing legacy systems • Experience monitoring and maintaining cloud systems (preferred: GCP) • Familiarity with generative AI and working with LLMs • Experience with AI-assisted development tools • Ability to work autonomously to investigate and solve complex technical challenges • Collaborative and proactive in sharing knowledge • Clear and concise communication skills
