📋 Description

• Own complex projects and larger accounts within the Medical capability • Work across Publications & Medical Affairs • Manage people, priorities, and timelines to deliver meaningful client outcomes • Serve as a trusted client contact and central connection point for internal teams and external partners • Keep projects on track, on budget, and aligned to agreed objectives • Manage assigned projects from a project management and financial perspective, including planning, execution, and outcomes • Keep clients and internal stakeholders informed about project progress • Flag concerns to appropriate department leads • Drive timelines and act as an internal information hub for the account • Manage project finances to achieve KPIs and discuss corrective actions • Identify and generate opportunities with existing and new accounts • Develop and reconcile budgets • Update project management tools and run regular reports • Review project management processes and resolve issues • Develop and update timelines and schedules • Provide internal and external financial information • Invoice clients; track and phase projects • Manage traffic and update status sheets • Drive internal and client status calls • Mentor colleagues and guide best practices • Provide project feedback and input to action plans

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in client facing project management roles within a Medical Communications agency • Experience working on Medical Affairs accounts is highly preferred
