📋 Description

• Manage and lead a team of three marketing team members • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing content and campaigns supporting VWR’s commercial and customer engagement priorities • Manage projects across publications, webinars, promotions, translations, and the Project GROW email workstream • Establish priorities, assign work, manage timelines, remove execution barriers, and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule • Provide day-to-day direction, prioritization, coaching, and support to direct reports • Manage end-to-end marketing projects from intake and planning through development, review, approval, translation, and delivery • Build project timelines, workback schedules, deliverable lists, and status updates • Coordinate dependencies across internal teams, agencies, suppliers, translators, and regional stakeholders • Oversee publications, webinar content and logistics, promotional campaign assets, and translation/localization workflows • Oversee the Project GROW email workstream, including content planning, approvals, translations, scheduling, deployment, and performance tracking • Collaborate with VWR Marketing, Partnership Marketing, Regional Marketing, Marketing Operations, Portfolio Marketing, Sales, and commercial stakeholders • Maintain project status reports, campaign calendars, delivery dashboards, and launch-readiness tracking • Identify and recommend improvements to workflows, templates, intake processes, execution timelines, efficiency, scalability, and consistency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred • Five or more years of experience in marketing project management, content operations, marketing communications, or campaign execution • Experience managing publications, email marketing, webinars, promotions, or digital campaigns • Experience leading or supervising a team, preferably in a matrixed marketing organization • Experience coordinating translations or localized marketing content preferred • Strong experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines • Experience working with creative, marketing operations, regional, commercial, or external agency teams • Familiarity with project management, marketing workflow, email marketing, or content management platforms • Team leadership and workload management • Marketing project management • Strong organization and attention to detail • Cross-functional communication • Content review and quality control • Campaign execution • Translation and localization coordination • Risk identification and issue resolution • Coaching and collaboration • Solutions-oriented execution in a fast-paced environment
