• Evaluate site performance continuously • Manage code migration across environments • Support and resolve storage, performance, application, and API issues • Perform and validate maintenance tasks during scheduled windows • Document requirements and support training program design and delivery • Handle escalated incidents from Level 1 support, ensuring timely resolution and SLA adherence
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within an enterprise level corporate IT environment • Fluency in English (written and spoken) • Strong knowledge on Linux and Jenkins • Knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud, AWS cloud, docker, Kubernetes and Azure advantageous • Experience with SQL, JBoss and Tomcat is good to have
