• Business development, sales, and collections in the MEA region • Collaborate with customers in MEA region to understand their product pipeline • Consult customers on appropriate product usage • Work closely with R&D of Pharma and Biopharma customers • Track customer project progress • Develop organograms of customers • Improve customer service experience • Work on innovative marketing campaigns • Coordinate with technical service for complaint resolution • Forecast sales performance
• Science Graduates or Postgraduates / MBA preferred • 1 – 3 years’ Experience in Industry • 1-2 years of inside sales experience preferred
