⢠Own and achieve regional sales quota through direct selling efforts ⢠Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities ⢠Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and strategic customers ⢠Develop and execute territory and account plans ⢠Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations ⢠Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast ⢠Negotiate contracts, and close deals ⢠Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs ⢠Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer success, product) ⢠Represent the company at industry events and client meetings ⢠Prepare and calculate quotations accurately and in a timely manner ⢠Enter and manage customer orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and adherence to customer requirements ⢠Track orders to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any discrepancies ⢠Travel extensively (approximately 50%) to support customers and sales activities across the assigned region ⢠Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular in-person visits ⢠Represent the company professionally at customer locations and during field engagements ⢠Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders
⢠5+ years of direct (quota-carrying) sales experience ⢠Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets ⢠Strong hunting and closing skills ⢠Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities ⢠Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively ⢠Willingness to travel within the assigned region ⢠Strong organizational skills ⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities ⢠Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving capabilities ⢠Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment ⢠Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time ⢠Must reside in or near Tennessee or Georgia
