• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth. • Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint business plans to achieve mutual sales objectives. • Provide support to channel partners to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively sell our products/services. • Monitor partner performance and provide regular performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders. • Identify new channel opportunities and develop strategies to expand our channel partner network. • Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment of channel partner activities with overall company objectives. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential threats and opportunities. • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and build relationships with potential channel partners.
• Bachelor’s degree (or about to complete College) in business administration, Engineering, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in similar roles. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. • Willingness to travel as needed. • English language proficiency (Advanced+). • A PLUS: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). • Must pass comprehensive background check (may include education verification, employment history verification, proof of work authorization, criminal records, identity verification, credit check).
