📋 Description

• Align the sales organization’s objectives with firm business strategy • Accountable for effective sales organization design • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume • Lead learning and development initiatives impacting the sales organization • Establish and govern the sales organizations performance management system

🎯 Requirements

• A degree / diploma in Business or Marketing or related field • At least 15 years of Sales Management experience in B2B settings • Must have valid passport and be willing to travel internationally • Must be committed to GTM and Sales Management excellence • Must be well-versed using SalesForce CRM • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
